Lavender buttercream icing

2 sticks of butter room temperature
4 cups of confectioner's sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tsp Mohr Lavender Please extract
1 tsp ground lavender buds
2-3 TBSP of milk or cream

a pinch of salt

Place butter into the bowl of a stand mixer. Cream butter on medium speed until light and smooth, about 3 min. Add confectioner's sugar 1 cup at a time. After each cup has been incorporated turn mixer to high speed for 10-20 sec. Add vanilla extract, lavender extract, ground lavender and salt mix until well incorporated. Add milk or cream until frosting has reached the preferred consistency. This makes around 4 1/2 cups of icing.
