Lavender Simple Syrup

Lavender Simple Syrup


1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of water
2 TBSP of dried lavender buds


Bring sugar and water to a boil, make sure sugar is completely devolved then remove from heat, stir in the buds and let cool to room temperature. Strain buds from syrup and discard. Keep refrigerated up to 5 days.
